These terms govern your access to and use of HomeFax reports, websites, and related content provided by The Honest Home Company.

HomeFax reports and related content are provided for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not guarantee the condition, safety, value, or suitability of any property.
No substitute for professional advice
HomeFax is not a substitute for a licensed home inspection, environmental assessment, legal advice, medical advice, or other qualified professional guidance. You should consult appropriate professionals before making decisions about a property, health concern, repair, or transaction.
Permitted use
You may use a HomeFax report for your personal, noncommercial evaluation of the property identified in that report. Any other use requires prior written permission from The Honest Home Company.
Prohibited use
You may not copy, republish, resell, redistribute, license, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit any report, scoring framework, written content, or visual presentation without prior written permission. You may not remove ownership notices or misrepresent HomeFax content as your own.
Third-party data sources
HomeFax may use information from government agencies, public records, and other third-party sources. We do not control these sources and cannot guarantee that their data is complete, current, or error-free. Source data may change after a report is prepared.
No warranties
HomeFax and all related content are provided as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Honest Home Company disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Honest Home Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on HomeFax content or third-party data.
